Russia 2013: G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit

The G20 YEA is holding its forth annual G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit on June 15-17, 2013 in Moscow, Russia



The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) is a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them. It was established to convene each year in advance of the G-20 Summit, with the aim of championing the importance of young entrepreneurs to the G20 member nations and to share examples and practices. The Alliance was officially created at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit, Toronto, Canada, 2010.

G20 YEA Summit Goals:
1. Bring together 400 entrepreneurs from the 20 most powerful economies in the world to exchange and share their experiences with the leaders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
2. Promote the vital role entrepreneurs play in growth, job creation, innovation and competitiveness of nations.
3. Identify inhibitors to entrepreneurial growth, and recommendations to remove these obstacles within a communiqué forwarded on to business and political leaders, and to the international media attending the B20 and G20 Summits.
4. Launch results of the annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneurship Competitiveness Barometer that measures the entrepreneurship competitiveness amongst the G20 countries.
5. Launch results of Accenture’s exclusive Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
6. Inspire current and future generations of entrepreneurs.
The Center for Entrepreneurship is the founding member from Russia of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance and is hosting the 2013 Summit in Moscow on behalf of the G20 YEA.
