(howwemadeitinafrica.com) Amsterdam will host the Africa Trade and Investment Conference from 23rd to 24th April 2020.

Africa has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. Evidence suggests that Africa has now entered a cycle of strong economic growth.

Investors are now positioning themselves to understand the opportunities across the African continent.

The objectives of the conference are:

• To facilitate investments into Africa
• To promote and facilitate international trade between Africa and Europe
• Provide a platform for businesses to expand into new markets in Africa
• To build networks and technical capacities for entrepreneurs and investors

The conference is focused on highlighting Africa’s investment opportunities while creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs, government delegations and business leaders to meet with investors. Over 50 speakers will provide detailed insight into the economic transformation that many parts of Africa are currently experiencing. We expect over 100 investors to participate in the conference.

The conference has a special focus on the needs of SMEs who are often forgotten in international conferences targeting Africa.

The 2-day event will provide a unique platform to gain strategic knowledge about African investment opportunities and business networking. The convention will discuss economic opportunities such as manufacturing and infrastructural development, agribusiness, renewable energy, real estate, transportation, digital technology, tourism, financing startups and micro finance, women in business, healthcare, telecommunications and fintech.
